Today we will be doing tabata row all 8 rounds then all 8 rounds of pushups then all 8 rounds of sit-ups and all 8 rounds of pull-ups ... last time we alternated between movements today we are completing each before moving in to the next Keep track of lowest number of reps from each movement ... and add them up for one number at the end... for example if your lowest calorie row is 9, lowest number of push ups is 10, sit-ups are 8 and pull-ups are 5 then Your total is 32
