Crossfit can be best described as functional movements that are constantly varied and are intense. This involves squats, pull ups, push ups, sit ups, running, weight lifting, rowing, and much more. Crossfit is for athletes of all fitness levels. All of our workouts can be adjusted to your abilities. Our main focus here is your safety. We also want you to work hard and to have fun.
