25 burpees... Rx is performing burpees via the new crossfit standard
3 push press (no jerk) body weight men and 75%Â
Body weight for women, 75/50% body weight for mastersÂ
Burpee standard- So long single steppers. This standard requires that you may only step forward or back with one leg if you are doing the workout scaled. Rx’d athletes must hop back into the burpee and hop forward with both legs at the same time to count the rep.
