Teams of 2 or 3

Switch off, one is always running a 400m

The other one or two are cycling through

30 air squats

30 reaching sit-ups with a plate

30 hand release push-ups

30 knees to 90

Each 120 reps complete is 1 round.

1000 - 1200 open floor with coaching available.
