Spend 25 minutes 3 3 3 3 3 3 3 3 (8 sets) squat snatch at 50% of your one rep max.
(It's light - concentrate on form - look for that perfect rep - don't get greedy and add weight!)
10 minute warm up for deadlift and clean and jerk.
10 minute AMRAP
5 deadlifts (bodyweight / 80% bodyweight)
10 push ups gripping the bar (chest to bar, fully extend, lock out arms)
1 clean & jerk (bodyweight / 80% bodyweight)
10 push ups gripping the bar (chest to bar, fully extend, lock out arms)
Remember, the set up is different between deadlift (hips higher) and clean (hips lower).
