Changes, changes, and more changes

If you've been around the box lately, you've probably notices some small changes. Yes, there have been some small changes that, over time, will all add up to become big changes!

CrossFit Kivnon is an official HYROX 360 Training Club

The first change that you all may or may not have seen or heard about is that we are now an official HYROX Training Club! What does that mean? That means that we now have access to HYROX 360's official training protocols and programming. Additionally, we get early access for interested athletes to sign up for official HYROX events a couple days earlier than the general public. That said, if anyone is interested in competing in the upcoming race in Phoenix, AZ, get a hold of Jaycee by emailing him at crossfitkivnon@gmail.com. We will continue alternating HYROX training days with CrossFit strength days on Saturday at 9AM.

CrossFit Kivnon is a Mayhem Affiliate

For everyone else, we continue to proudly rep CrossFit Mayhem programming so if fitness racing isn't your shaker bottle of protein, rest assured that we continue our constantly varied, functional movements at high intensity workouts! Our next cycle begins on October 27th featuring a combination of movements aimed at encouraging hypertrophy and improving power and Olympic lifting techniques.
