Lauren Burnham, CMT, TRS-C, is a Certified Sports Massage Therapist and Movement & Mobility Specialist based in San Diego, California. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Hampshire, where her passion for healing began after recovering from significant injuries as both an equestrian and long-distance runner. Through physical therapy and massage, Lauren discovered the power of soft tissue manipulation in promoting recovery from both acute and chronic injuries.

Lauren’s professional journey started in the biotechnology industry, but her desire to work directly with people and improve their quality of life led her to the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego. She further advanced her education under Dr. Kelly Starrett, founder of The Ready State, a leading authority in mobility and performance.

With years of hands-on experience, Lauren has built one of San Diego’s most respected practices in injury rehabilitation, prevention, and sports massage therapy. Her personalized approach helps athletes and active individuals recover faster, move better, and perform at their best.
