Spend 40 minutes working up to a three rep heavy back squat.


Then for time (10 min cap) -


12 - 9 - 6 - 3 reps of 


Back squats at 50% of the weight you hit above. 

Hand release push-ups 


Racks are optional if you need them on today's metcon.  We want you to hammer the back squats, not be limited by what you can clean and put on your back.  If you can go from floor, please do so, this should be a sprint, try to go unbroken.
