You can do one round,
you can do two rounds,
you can do three rounds, up to you,
we just want you to move a little,
and unwind from the week,
but you must do at least one round,
not for time, of -
1 mile run or walk (no rowing unless med)
25 walking lunges
5 wall walks
Spend the rest of the class rolling out and stretching, or if you want the work, make it an AMRAP of 45 minutes.
