(not for time, reps are each partner to complete, help and cue each other, act as safety on reverse walking lunges)

25 front rack forward walking lunges 95 / 63

25 front rack reverse walking lunges 95 / 63

25 hand stand push-ups (or kick-ups to handstand on the wall)

25 toes to bar (do the attempts, no knees to 90)

25 chest to bar (no jumping, use bands if needed, pull chest to bar)

25 single arm OHS with dumbbell (pick weight, work on both arms)

25 GHD situps (try for full range of motion)
