Run 200 meters together, come back in the door, look at clock, then max wall balls (between the two of you) in one minute. 20/14

Check clock, rest 2 minutes, then head back out the door together.

Repeat for 5 rounds total, try to increase the wall ball reps each round.

10 AM WOD

25 minute AMRAP

10 burpees

15 chest to bar pull-ups

20 box jumps 20/24

400m run
