CrossFit bridges the knowledge gap between expensive personal training, and a standard gym membership. Our classes are taught in a group setting and led by a certified and engaging coach. Each member gets individual attention and continuously learns new skills regardless of their fitness level. 


During your first session:

  • Get started with the fundamentals. We will hold your hand and make sure you know how to do the movements correctly.

  • We will talk with you about a strategy that will help you achieve your goals.
