I'm new to crossfit....

We welcome all levels of fitness. Schedule a one-on-one fundamentals class to become familiar with the movements. We also offer a free class every Saturday at 9am, drop by and try us out!

I don't have time for the gym, I have to watch my kids.

We have a kids room onsite, feel free to bring the little ones. Pets are also welcome.

What types of memberships do you offer?

We offer an unlimited membership, 10 session punch card, or drop-in class fee.

Which membership should I choose?

It depends what works for you. If you love to workout more than twice a week then unlimited is the best fit for you. If you plan on working out less than twice a week then consider a 10 session punch card.
